➤   Mould cultivation chamber is a special test equipment for eukaryotic microorganism such as mould cultivation, it is because most of the mold is suitable for growth under the room temperature (25℃), and for the solid substrate culture needs to keep a certain humidity, so the general mould cultivation chamber must be equipped with cooling system, heating system, air humidifier and the pure, control circuit, operation system and other parts. Temperature and humidity sensors are used to maintain stability temperature and humidity in the culture chamber. Some special mould cultivation chamber can also set variational temperature and humidity along the cultivation time goes on. The temperature and humidity of mould cultivation chamber are adjustable, and the temperature and humidity in the chamber are kept stable for a long time with the isolation and insulation technology. It is able continuously running for 7*24 hours, the lifetime of its running can reach more than five years.

Air Flow Airflow for this chamber is distributed uniformly outward from both sides of the walls and back through the air pump on back side of the cabinet, which using JIUPO innovative horizontal-air-refresh distribution plenum. Airflow is sufficient to ensure uniformity as well as proper gas exchange at the leaf surface. Fresh air intake can be adjustable which also helps to ensure adequate ambient gas exchange.

Refrigeration •  Self-contained air-cooled condensing unit with hot air bypass system for continuous compressor operation, extended life and close temperature control. An electronic modulating valve provides tight temperature control while ensuring quiet operation. Pressure transducers are included for monitoring the status of the refrigeration system. •  Solenoid valves have extended stem for quiet and long-life operation. •  Rear chamber wall mounted evaporator coil incorporates an air circulation fan.

Safety Limit Controls •  Adjustable high and low temperature / pressure controls, audible alarms, and visual indicators display on the screen. •  Controls shut down all power to the chamber, activating alarms (when the temperature / pressure returns to the normal range, the system will automatically reset). •  Backup “high / low” alarms provide a further level of protection while visual and audible notification is provided when any alarm be activated. Contacts for connection to a remote management system are also included.
